Our journey of many milestones started with one small step – the commissioning of our first 2500 TCD sugar with 6 MW power plant in village Bundki in Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh in 1995 named as Dwarikesh Nagar. In 1996 company set up a 6 MW power plant which was increased to 9 MW and the Capacity of the sugar plant was gradually expanded to 6500 TCD in 2002. The power plant capacity was expanded to 22 MW and distillery plant with a capacity of 30 KLPD (Kilo Litres per day) was commissioned in the year 2005.
In 2004 we commissioned modern plant with 7500 TCD sugar capacity and 9 MW power generation capacity in village Afzalgarh, Tehsil – Bijnor, District – Bijnor (Uttar Pradesh).
Distillery plant of 100 KLPD was commissioned in year 2019. Which is now enhanced to 130 KLPD w.e.f from November 22, 2020. This added capacity can be used for making a range of distillery products such as Rectified Spirit, Ethanol, Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) etc. We have started manufacturing of hand sanitizer. With the addition of some balancing equipment and on receipt of requisite regulatory approvals our distillery capacity at Dwarikesh Nagar now is 162.5 KLPD.
