Community
 While
the objective of any business establishment is maximization of profit,
it cannot shirk its responsibility to the society. A business establishment
owes its existence and survival not only to the people in its fold but
also to the society in general. DSIL is conscious of its responsibility
to the society and has launched a series of measures in fulfilling its
responsibility. While in the first two years DSIL directed its energies
in stabilizing the working of the plant, it never lost sight of its
other obligations. However, the pace has now gathered momentum and DSIL
has set up for itself many lofty goals to be accomplished in the times
to come.
Amidst
serene surroundings DSIL has built a community centre and a temple for
the benefit of its employees and the villagers.
