Mr. G.R. Morarka - Chairman & Managing Director.
Mr. G.R. Morarka is the promoter of DSIL and spearheads its strategic planning and implementation.
Mr. Morarka is the younger son of Late Mr. R R Morarka, an eminent parliamentarian for over 21 years. He has the credentials of a long string of businesses managed through the generations of his family.
A team of qualified and experienced professionals support him.

Mr. Vivek K.Saraogi
Mr. Vivek K. Saraogi is an industrialist of repute and is the Managing Director of Balrampur Chini Mills Limited. He is renowned for his expertise in the sugar industry and has been former President of Indian Sugar Mills Association.

Mr. Mukund G. Diwan
He is the Ex-CMD of LIC of India, and is an eminent personality with a degree in Master of Science and also holder of fellowship of the Institute of Actuaries, London (F.I.A), Fellowship of the Actuarial Society of India, Mumbai, (F.A.S.I) and Fellowship of the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai (F.I.I.I). He is presently a Management and Actuarial Consultant.

Mr. Shailesh S. Vaidya
He is an eminent advocate and has been associated with M/s. Kanga & Co. for the past several years.

Mr. Mangal Singh
He is an expert in sugar technology and general administration. He has vast experience of 35 years in sugar industry. He has handled project development, project planning, execution, management and manpower training for projects financed by the international financing institutions in Kenya, Uganda, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Nepal, Ethiopia, and other developing countries of Asia and Africa.

Mr. Yashpal Gupta - IDBI Nominee
He is the Assistant General Manager of Industrial Development Bank of India and is their nominee Director.

Mr. Laxminarayan S. Heda
He is a postgraduate in commerce and has several years of experience in management.
