Mr. G.R. Morarka - Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. G.R. Morarka is the promoter of DSIL and spearheads its strategic planning and implementation. Mr. Morarka is the younger son of Late Mr. R R Morarka, an eminent parliamentarian for over 21 years. He has the credentials of a long string of businesses managed through the generations of his family. A team of qualified and experienced professionals support him.

He is receipent of Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award for Management. He has also been honoured with "Bhamasha Award" for the year 2006 by Rajasthan State Government for the social service in the field of education.

Mr. Mukund G. Diwan is the Ex-CMD of LIC of India, and is an eminent personality with a degree in Master of Science and also holder of fellowship of the Institute of Actuaries, London (F.I.A), Fellowship of the Actuarial Society of India, Mumbai, (F.A.S.I) and Fellowship of the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai (F.I.I.I). He is presently a Management and Actuarial Consultant.

Mr. Harshvardhan Neotia is a Commerce Graduate and has done his Owner President Management Programme (OPM) from the eminent Harvard BusinessSchool and has been awarded "Padmashri" by Government of India in 1999 and also honoured with YPO Legacy of Honour Award in 2005.He is on the Board of many reputed organisations, to name a few Bengal Ambuja Housing Development Ltd; Ambuja Realty Development Ltd; Bengal Ambuja Metro Development Ltd; he was associated in past with Gujarat Ambuja Cement Limited, and is also associated with many societies, cultural, diplomatic associations, business chambers and other associations.

Mr. K. N. Prithviraj is a brilliant academician and a former Banker. He is I rank, I class M.A. in Economics from Madras University. He was also a Research Fellow of Department of Economies, University Of Madras. He has done his CAIIB (I) and his areas of specialisation include Banking - Economics - Management. He was associated with Institutions of repute such as OBC, UBI, PNB & Oriental Insurance Company. He last held the coveted position of Chairman & Managing Director of Oriental Bank of Commerce. He is presently an Administrator of SUTI (Special Undertaking of UTI) and is also on the board of many Companies such as Axis Bank, Surana Ind. Ltd; Falcon Tyres Ltd; Brickwork Ratings India Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Shailesh S. Vaidya He is an eminent advocate and has been associated with M/s. Kanga & Co. for the past several years.

Mr. K P Medhekar He is a retired IPS officer and former Director General of Police Maharastra, Ex-Member of the Public Service Commission, Vice Chairman International Institute of Security and Management. He is recipient of many awards including Police Medal, President's Police Medal, Kathin Sewa Padak with Bar, Eastern Star for Bangladesh War, Western Star, Indo Pak War and few others.

Mr. B K Agarwal He is a retired IAS of 1967 batch and holds a degree in commerce and law. He was awarded the Laxmi Narain Prize for securing highest marks in Banking in the Pune University. He was the secretary (Transport) and secretary(Industries)in Maharashtra. During his tenure of service with Government, he was Representative of Govt. of Maharashtra on the Board of Bombay Stock Exchange from 1994-1995. He has been on the Board of Industrial Investment Bank of India, SIDBI, SICOM and was also Managing Director of the Maharashtra State Financial Corporation. He retired as Additional Chief Secretary, Govt. of Maharashtra in August 2002.

Shri B. J. Maheshwari: Shri B J Maheshwari has been inducted on the Board w.e.f. 1st May,2009 & been appointed as "Whole Time Director & Company Secretary (CS) & Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) .He has been associated with Company since 01st October, 1994 and has more than 25 years of experience in handling the Company Law matters, Secretarial matters, Listing requirements & compliances, Taxation (Direct and Indirect) & Legal and administrative matters etc. He holds dual professional degrees as a Chartered Accountant & a Company Secretary.

Shri Vijay S. Banka: Shri Vijay S Banka has been inducted on the Board w.e.f. 1st May,2009 & been appointed as "Whole Time Director & Chief Financial Officer" .He has been associated with Company since 07th September, 2007 and has more than 24 years of experience in handling Finance, Accounts and Treasury Functions. He holds professional degree as a Chartered Accountant.

Shri K .L .Garg - He is the Deputy General Manager of the Industrial Development Bank of India and has been appointed as a nominee director of the Industrial Development Bank of India w.e.f.26th March, 2010.

Mr. Laxminarayan S. Heda He is a postgraduate in commerce and has several years of experience in management.
