4 MILLS BUY 1 LAKH RAW SUGAR

New Delhi: Four sugar mills in northern India have contracted imports of 100,000 tonnes of raws and a top producers in the region is negotiating a deal to buy 50000 tonnes from Brazil, trade and industry sources said. "Of the 100000 tonnes contracted, the four mills have received 50000 tonnes and the rest is expected to arrive soon," a top official at a global trading firm told Reuters.
